This stretch is one that you can do every morning after you wake up and every evening before you go to bed. By doing this twice a day for at least 2 weeks you should start to see some beneficial changes to your body.
The StretchThe stretch is very simple for you to do and the best part is you don’t need anything to do it with.
- Step 1
Hold this position for 15 seconds and then release.
- Step 2
Hold this position for 15 seconds too.
- Step 3
Now do the complete opposite by putting your right side against the wall and reach as high as you can with your right hand.
Hold this position for 15 seconds also.- Step 4
Finally repeat this from step one for another 3 times.
-------This quick stretch will help you on your way to making your way up the height ladder. However this alone won’t be the fastest way.
