Stretches to Grow Taller - Do They Work After Puberty?



Growth spurts occur at various times for different people. Some people have theirs close to the end of puberty whilst others shoot up right at the beginning. Some people will be disappointed with their growth spurt because they may have had a little height boost or they could have shot out early and been grown out by everyone else. Once the growth spurt is finished the people that are left "vertically challenged" will look for ways to grow taller such as stretches to grow taller.

Many people have branded growing taller after puberty is just impossible and just to clear this up, it is true. The reason being that after puberty your bones fuse together stopping your growth but even though this happens companies still try selling expensive miracle pills and machinery but this stuff doesn't work! Once you pass your 20's there is no miracle that can make you taller by boosting your height growth even if they promise...except one.

However, once bones have fused this method doesn't work but stretches to grow taller don't need hormones to make you taller.
